Rat in a suit, figurine

I found myself drowning in old paper work and thought that I would try turning some into papier mache.
It took a bit of trial and error and I never did get it down to a fine pulp, but was able to make a few pieces.
I made and painted the rat head and then needle felted his body.
Naming no names he is the stereotypical politician.
Rat in a suit is 11.5cm tall but makes up for it in arrogance.
