Not anything we know, acrylic painting on canvas

I started painting with intensity during lockdown here in Wales, 2020.
I started with acrylic on canvas as this is what I had.
This painting started off as a dark background in which I left 6 blank circles.
I wanted to paint something reminiscent of botanical illustrations.
These are botanical in a way, but of things that only exist in my head, part flora part sea anemone, I wanted each to have their own identity and colour palette.
There is nothing to link each image except the space it occupies on the canvas.
I really enjoyed painting this, it took many hours of intricate brush work.

Framed with a simple black frame.
