Fleur, felted wool quirky bird sculpture

First I make the legs....Fleur was always going to be a tall bird...she measures 35cm high.
My birds evolve in the making and Fleur became part bird, part flower.
Each bird is unique and made using felt making techniques with lovely wool fibre from the Cambrian mountains.

The birds are not toys but designed to stand on a sill. shelf. table. piano....anywhere they will keep you company and make you smile.

Keep away from dogs and cats and small children.
